custom & personalized orders are not eligable for return. regular orders can be returned within 7 days of receipt in their original packaging. please contact us by email regarding any issues with your order prior to shipping it back. meadow & the moon is not responsible for return shipping costs. we reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a repair fee if there is any damage to the item. returns will be credited to the customer by pay pal and will not include original shipping cost. although our policies are firm, we will do our best to work with you & make sure your experience with meadow & the moon is a positive one.

our stains are not food-safe so we avoid giving the “stain options” for food-related products such as charcuterie boards. we also value and appreciate the natural look of our hardwoods, especially their grain and/or live-edge so we avoid using stains on certain products to showcase how beautiful they are on their own.

our products are completely handmade in stroudsburg, pennsylvania by our woodworker, nick. all personalization & packaging is done by his wife, jessica.
