shipping policy

Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order & the region you are shipping to. If you have concerns about the cost of shipping please contact us. Orders over 70 lbs require special shipping, if your order is over 70 lbs shipping will come up as "$1,000.00" as an indicator that you must contact us for special pricing. Additionally, any products that do not fit standard shipping will require special shipping prices & will be indicated by "$1,000.00" for shipping.

return policy

Custom orders are not eligible for return. Regular orders can be returned within 7 days of receipt in their original packaging. Please contact us by email regarding any issues with your order prior to shipping it back. Meadow & the Moon is not responsible for return shipping costs. We reserve the right to not accept a return & may require a repair fee if there is any damage to the item. Returns will be credited to the customer by PayPal & will not include original shipping cost. Although our policies are firm, we will do our best to work with you & make sure your experience with Meadow & the Moon is a positive one.
